The Soul Realignment sessions require at least 1–2 hours (depending on the type of session) of preparation time before the meeting — as well as some administration time afterwards. For you they will be 1 or 2 hours, but Ellen will need additional time to prepare all the aspects of your reading.
The Intuitive Coaching sessions are more straightforward: You and Ellen connect for the session, and when it’s over, she’ll send you a recording (if you’ve chosen that).
